The European Chamber of Bailiffs (CEHJ) becomes the European Bailiffs’ Foundation (EUBF)!

EUBF will continue the activities of the CEHJ and carry out projects aiming at improving the cooperation of enforcement authorities in Europe. It will also collaborate with other legal professions to facilitate the free movement of enforceable titles in Europe, promote the access to justice and the use of digital tools.

The President of the European Bailiffs’ Foundation is Patrick Sannino and the activities of EUBF are carried out by its secretariat.
